Safari for Windows (Beta)

You know, I’ve been obsessed with Mac for the last few days. I’ve been rambling here and there about how nice and fast it is and all. All of a sudden yesterday I found out that Safari has been released for Windows XP / Vista. Of course I downloaded it, and I am trying it out right now.

Naturally, it’s better than IE, but seems to be in a race for first place with my firefox. What I mean by this is that Safari is smooth, but it seems more solid with less options than firefox. When it came to adding rss and managing my book marks it was not as straightforward as I thought it would be. It seems to use alot of memory too. Another thing that may be affecting my Safari experience is that fact that I’ve spent years brainwashed by other softwares and not Mac’s. The pages look incredible on safari though.

I’m still having a blast using it. I’m thinking the reason for this version of Safari not being superb is because of it being beta.
