When going out for lunch I like for it to be an enjoyable experience. I can’t put up with the whole rushed lunch thing, such as fast food joints where everyone is impatient and angry. Here in the states people are great at being impatient =).

The early Bird Cafe is a place that I stumbled across mainly through interest. I fell for the restaurant after eating at the early bird only once. They serve just home made food, such as your typical american breakfast (eggs, omlets, bacon) , lunch (sandwiches, soups, salads, daily special). All of this in a clean and calm environment. The food is great and way more healthier than a greased up burger. Their hospitality is top notch too. At the beginning they take your name to call out your order, and before you know it they know your name and welcome you by it as soon as you walk in. If you ever get to go to Beaumont, Texas check this place out. But, remember the place is only open Mon-Fri 6 am – 1 pm.
