Picnik- edit your photos online.
Thanks to one of my favorite sites lifehacker I have come across a way to edit my photos online. The product is called Picnik and is a web application that allows you to edit your photos through your internet browser. This is such a bright idea I think because it sure opens the door on what web applications can become. One can resize, crop, reduce red eye, sharpen, rotate, autofix. And besides the picture editing, picnik has some real nice integrated features such as a yahoo image search. You can also type in the url of your favorite site (cough, rafaelromero.info) and picnik will load the photos from that site. Double click and you get a real nice full screen view. Picnik is in beta, but it looks real good, nothing too beta about it. The guys who run the site seem pretty laid back to. Check it out, you’ll like it.

This is very cool. Thanks!!! I was looking for this type of service. It comes in handy when you have to resize photos for a blog post you’re doing from an internet cafe

np man. everytime I go somewhere I realize how useful it can be. For example when I’m at school and have the itch to post.
