Saw this Hand Dryer in Japan. At first I didn’t know how to use this nicely designed convenience, but after glancing at the instructions I figured it out.  You have to place your hands inside the opening, the sensors will detect your hand and start blowing air.  As the air hits your hands you slowly pull up.  It does a great job and you dont have to touch anything.  I think this was the first time I used a restroom where I didn’t touch anything (after the actual using of the restroom ^-^).
